The 'First-Team All-Pro tight ends' quiz

The ‘First-Team All-Pro tight ends’ quiz

Tom Brady will not have his favorite target in Tampa Bay next season.

On Tuesday, four-time All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski took to Instagram to announce his retirement from the NFL. It’s the second time Gronk has hung up on them, famous for being lured out of retirement to join Brady on the Bucs in 2020 after not playing the previous season. The future Hall of Famer has given wiggle room for a second comeback after his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said a phone call from Brady during the season could bring his client back on the field. Brady took note but still offered his congratulations. Gronk just turned 33 last month, and he clearly has something left in his tank. For now, however, the Bucs and the NFL must move on from the Rob Gronkowski era.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. In NFL history, only 24 tight ends have been selected first-team All-Pro by The Associated Press, including Gronk, who made four of those teams. So, with that in mind, how many of these all-time greats can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
